POLICIES

At Spa by Di Vine, we aim to please our clients by offering the highest level of service,

by trained professionals, in the most relaxing environment. 

 

 

Reservations:

 

In order to get the date you desire we recommended for you to schedule as far out in advanced as possible. We do not guarantee the next day to be available or even the same week you call in. We will need the following information to get you on our calendar:

1. First and Last Name

2. Phone number

3. Cell phone provider (to get text reminders)

4. A good email address

5. A Credit Card to be on file - This is a MUST

We ask for a credit card to be on file for the following reasons under our cancellation policies.

 

Please let us know if you have an skin issues or allergies you may have.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. 

 

Running Late:

If you are running late please give us a call at 817-673-2111. We will do our best to get you in for your service. If you are running more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule you for possibly later in the day or another day we have available. 

Less than 24hr Notice:

Cancel - You will be charged half of what the service would have cost.

Reschedule - You will be charged half of what the service would cost but this will be applied back to you once you come in for that service.

 

More than 24hr Notice:

You will not be charged any amount, and please let us know how we can accommodate you for another time that will work better with your schedule.

No Shows:

If you no show your appointment you will be charged the full amount plus a 10% gratuity of the service. This will not be credited to you if you call to reschedule. 

If you no show two or more appointments you will be asked to pay for that service in advanced. 

Group Bookings:

 

Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire about fees and available dates. All services and a 20% gratuity must be paid in full, 30 days before appointment. No cancellations or refunds will be done, 30 days prior to the date.

 

Prices and Services:

 

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. 

A $35 return fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Check in:

 

We encourage our guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to relax, shop, read, breath and enjoy a beverage. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian in the waiting area. Children under 18 years of age that are having a treatment done must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the treatment room.

 

Spa Promotions and Specials: 

 

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, spa packages or third party gift certificates. 

Spa packages are per person and cannot be shared. 

 

Return or Cancel Policy:

Products returned/exchange within 7 days of purchase with management approval.

Medical Procedures:

An examination fee of $30 must be paid annually if health changes or any of the following procedures are to be performed:

-Microneedling

-IPL Photo Facials

-IPL Hair Removal

-Chemical/ Retinol Peels

-Neuromodulators

-PRP with Microneedling

-Dermal Fillers

-Dermaplaning

-Skin Sheek

-IV Therapy

-Sclerotherapy
